Returns & refunds

We want you to love what you bought. If you don't, return it within 2 days of delivery.

How it works

1. Open your orders and pick the one to return
2. Tell us why and pick a refund or exchange
3. We'll schedule a reverse pickup if available, otherwise share a return label
4. Once we receive and inspect, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days

Eligibility

• Item is unused, in original packaging, with all tags
• Within 2 days of delivery
• Not marked "final sale" on the product page
• Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. opened candles) are not returnable

Damaged on arrival?

Photograph it right away and reach out via contact within 48 hours — we'll send a replacement or full refund, no questions.
